Southeast Ohio Regional Prosperity Plan Update

The planning process for the Prosperity Plan (the regional economic development strategic plan for 25 counties in southern and eastern Ohio) began two years ago. The goal of the Prosperity Plan was to create a roadmap to grow the private sector business economy of the region.
